Kohlberg Invests in United Digestive

Paul, Weiss advised Kohlberg & Company, LLC on its growth capital investment in Atlanta-based United Digestive, a leading provider of services to treat gastrointestinal disorders. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
