KPS Creates Autokiniton Global Group and Acquires L&W

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners in the creation of a new company, Autokiniton Global Group, LP (AGG) to pursue investments in the global automotive supply industry. Paul, Weiss represented AGG in its acquisition of L&W, Inc., a leading “Tier 1” supplier in the automotive industry specializing in hot and cold metal stampings and welded assemblies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
