Oak Hill Capital Announces Strategic Partnership With Stonyrock

Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Capital Partners in connection with a strategic minority equity investment in Oak Hill by Stonyrock Partners LP. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
