Oak Hill to Acquire Safe Fleet

Paul, Weiss is representing Oak Hill Capital Partners in its acquisition of Safe Fleet Holdings, LLC, a market-leading provider of safety and productivity solutions for fleet vehicles. Under the terms of the agreement, expected to close in the first quarter of 2018, Oak Hill will acquire Safe Fleet from its current owner, The Sterling Group.
