Sagewind Capital Acquires The Athene Group

Paul, Weiss represented Sagewind Capital in the acquisition, alongside Berenson Holdings LLC, of The Athene Group, a software and services company serving the wealth management industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
