Bill Isaacson, Karen Dunn and Amy Mauser Recognized by The American Lawyer for Win in Amazon Antitrust Lawsuit

Litigation partners Bill Isaacson and Karen Dunn and counsel Amy Mauser were recognized by The American Lawyer’s “Litigation Daily” column for their litigation victory in a significant antitrust lawsuit.

On March 18, representing Amazon, they secured the dismissal of a major antitrust lawsuit filed by the D.C. Attorney General challenging Amazon’s pricing policies nationwide. The lawsuit is the first brought by a government entity in the United States challenging Amazon’s pricing policies and business model. Also mentioned in the article were litigation partner Bill Michael, counsel Martha Goodman and associates Paul Brachman, Tarek Roshdy, Charles Sucher and Andrew Topal.
