As non-U.S. SEC registrants prepare their annual reports on Form 20-F for fiscal 2010, they should note certain new disclosure items (recently adopted or recently proposed), recent SEC guidance and other considerations to ensure that their annual reports appropriately reflect these new requirements and expectations.
