Paul, Weiss represented Driven Brands in its acquisition of Quebec-based Clairus Group, a provider of automotive glass distribution, replacement and claims management solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Driven Brands is North America’s leading group of automotive aftermarket brands.
