On December 31, our client Ericsson Inc. completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Ericsson Federal Inc. to private equity fund Tailwind Capital. Ericsson Federal is a business that distributes telecom equipment to various agencies and departments of the U.S. Government.
