Paul, Weiss Represents Ericsson in Divestment of Media Solutions

Paul, Weiss represented Ericsson in the divestment of its media business, Media Solutions, to One Equity Partners, a private equity firm specializing in media and telecom investments. The deal makes One Equity Partners the new majority owner in Media Solutions, with Ericsson retaining 49 percent of the shares. Ericsson and One Equity will form an independent company and will develop the business in line with its new business plan. The terms of the transaction are confidential.
