Paul, Weiss advised entities affiliated with Ares Management LP in their acquisition of all of the preferred equity in FTAI Infrastructure Inc. as part of FTAI Infrastructure’s spinoff from Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group. Following the spinoff, FTAI Infrastructure is a fully independent NASDAQ-listed company; it owns and acquires high quality infrastructure and equipment that is essential for the transportation of goods and people globally.
