KPS Capital Partners to Acquire Controlling Interest in Princess Yachts

Paul, Weiss is advising KPS Capital Partners in its acquisition of a controlling equity interest in Princess Yachts (Holdings) Limited, a leading global manufacturer of luxury motor yachts based in Plymouth, England. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Completion of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
