Oak Hill Capital Partners Acquires Earth Fare

Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Capital Partners in its acquisition of an approximately 80 percent interest in Earth Fare, one of the largest natural and organic food retailers in the country, from Monitor Clipper Partners. The transaction values Earth Fare at approximately $300 million. Oak Hill Capital is investing in partnership with Earth Fare's current management team and Monitor Clipper, a Cambridge-based private equity firm, which retains a significant minority interest. The transaction was announced on April 9.
