Oak Hill Capital Partners Completes Acquisition of Security Networks LLC
On November 5, Paul, Weiss client Oak Hill Capital Partners completed its acquisition of Security Networks, LLC. Security Networks is a full-service life safety solutions company specializing in the sale, installation, maintenance and monitoring of commercial and residential burglar alarms, fire alarms, medical alert and closed circuit televisions systems. Oak Hill is investing in partnership with Security Networks' current management team. Senior debt financing for the transaction was arranged by Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group, L.P. and Barclays Private Credit Partners LLC, and mezzanine financing was provided by The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and BNY Mellon-Alcentra Mezzanine III, L.P.
