Paul, Weiss advised Apollo-managed funds on their strategic investment in Atlantic Aviation, one of the largest private aviation infrastructure platforms in the United States. The deal values Atlantic Aviation at nearly $10 billion. Under the terms of the transaction, the Apollo funds have acquired a significant interest in the company, and KKR-managed funds maintain a substantial share.
