Crown Castle Reaches Agreement With Activist Investor Elliott Management

Paul, Weiss advised the board of directors of Crown Castle Inc. in the activist campaign by and cooperation agreement with Elliott Management L.P. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, Crown Castle will appoint two new independent directors to the board and form a committee to review Crown Castle’s fiber business with the goal of enhancing shareholder value.
