e+CancerCare Acquired by Integrated Oncology Network

Paul, Weiss represented e+CancerCare, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., in its acquisition by Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. e+ is a leading operator of outpatient cancer care centers, providing a complete integrated continuum of care, including diagnostic testing, radiation oncology, medical oncology and ancillary services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
