Oak Hill Capital to Sell AccentCare to Advent

Paul, Weiss is representing AccentCare, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, in its sale to Advent International. AccentCare is a leader in post-acute home healthcare services, providing care, guidance and support for a wide variety of healthcare needs. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
