Advance to Acquire Turnitin

Paul, Weiss is representing Advance Publications in its acquisition of Palladian Holdings, Inc., owner of Turnitin, a leading provider of plagiarism detection technology and other related products to schools, universities and publishers worldwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
