EXL to Acquire Outsource Partners International
Paul, Weiss client, ExlService Holdings, Inc. (EXLS), a leading provider of transformation and outsourcing services to Global 1000 companies in multiple industries, entered into an agreement on April 29 to acquire Outsource Partners International, Inc., a professional services firm dedicated to the outsourcing of finance, accounting and analytic business processes, for approximately $91 million.
The transaction involved a team of co-counsel in five jurisdictions around the world. The Paul, Weiss deal team was led by Carl L.
