Mielle to Be Acquired by Procter & Gamble

Paul, Weiss is advising haircare brand Mielle Organics in its sale to Procter & Gamble Co. (PG). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Mielle, a leading brand for consumers with textured hair, will continue to be led by its co-founders Monique and Melvin Rodriguez and will operate as an independent subsidiary of P&G Beauty. Paul, Weiss advised Berkshire Partners LLC in connection with its 2021 strategic investment in Mielle.
