Paul, Weiss advised Safilo Group S.p.A. in its acquisition of Blenders Eyewear LLC. Safilo is an Italian-listed global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of sunglasses, optical frames and sports eyewear. Blenders Eyewear is a San Diego-headquartered company that designs and markets sunglasses and ski goggles via an advanced e-commerce platform.
