Affiliate of KPS Capital to Acquire EIT Group of Businesses From TransDigm

Paul, Weiss is representing an affiliate of KPS Capital Partners, LP in its $190 million acquisition of the Esterline Interface Technologies (EIT) group of businesses from TransDigm Group Incorporated. EIT is a developer and manufacturer of interface solutions serving leading original equipment manufacturers in the growing medical, commercial, industrial, diagnostics and gaming end markets. The deal is expected to be completed during the first quarter of our fiscal 2020.
