Paul, Weiss represented Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C. and NBG Home in Kohlberg’s sale of NBG to Sycamore Partners. The NBG Home management team will remain a significant shareholder and will continue to lead the company and serve on its board of directors. NBG Home is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of affordable home décor products. Financial terms of the transaction, announced on April 27, were not disclosed.
