QuantiTech to Combine with Millennium Engineering

Paul, Weiss is advising Sagewind Capital portfolio company QuantiTech LLC in its merger with Millennium Engineering and Integration Company. The combined company will create an industry leader in providing engineering services and solutions for mission-critical programs within key U.S. defense and civilian agencies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
