Advanstar Global Completes Acquisition of ENK International

Paul, Weiss client Advanstar Global LLC completed its acquisition of ENK International from funds affiliated with Forstmann Little. Advanstar owns and operates a portfolio of trade shows and magazines catering to the fashion, life sciences and powersports industries. ENK International is the owner and operator of leading trade shows for the fashion industry in New York, Las Vegas and China. The acquisition was funded, in part, by a new credit facility led by GE Capital.
