CI Capital Partners Completes Sale of American Residential Services to Charlesbank Capital Partners

Paul, Weiss client CI Capital Partners (CI) completed the sale of its portfolio company, American Residential Services (ARS), a leading provider of air conditioning and plumbing services nationwide, to Charlesbank Capital Partners (Charlesbank), a Boston and New York-based private equity investment firm. ARS was acquired by Charlesbank from CI and its co-investor Royal Palm Capital Partners, along with the existing ARS management team, who made a significant co-investment in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
