Deep Eddy Vodka to Be Acquired by Heaven Hill

Heaven Hill Brands, the nation's largest family-owned and family-operated distilled spirits supplier, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Paul, Weiss client Deep Eddy Vodka, one of the fastest-growing spirits brands in the U.S., and its distillery from Eliza Spring, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partner Jeffrey Marell and counsel Marta Kelly; tax partner David Mayo; employee benefits counsel Erin Murphy; intellectual property counsel Claudine Meredith-Goujon; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
