CI Capital Completes Sale of Transplace to Greenbriar

Paul, Weiss client CI Capital completed the sale of its portfolio company, Transplace, a leading provider of non-asset based third-party logistics, intermodal and truck brokerage services, to a company controlled by Greenbriar Equity Group LLC, a New York-based private investment firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CI Capital acquired Transplace in December 2009, as a platform investment in the logistics market.
