Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its $80 million investment in VEGAMOUR, a premium, direct-to-consumer, clean hair wellness brand. VEGAMOUR will use the new funds to further its organic e-commerce growth, launch additional products and expand into new channels and geographies. Additional terms of the transaction, were not disclosed.
