Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Co. announced the acquisition of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare and the formation of Alita Care, LLC, which will serve as the parent holding company for The Meadows and Kohlberg's existing portfolio company, Sunspire Health, LLC.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Angelo Bonvino, Thomas de le Bastide and Chuck Googe and counsel Branch Furtado and Bruce Gruder; tax partner Brad Okun; employee benefits counsel Reuven Falik; and antitrust counsel Marta Kelly.
