Paul, Weiss is advising Sagewind Capital LLC and its portfolio company Sigma Defense Systems LLC in Sigma Defense’s acquisition of EWA Inc., a prominent player in the field of electronic warfare. Sigma Defense is leading provider of advanced technology solutions for the defense sector. The deal will augment Sigma Defense’s Combined Joint All Domain Command & Control (CJADC2) ecosystem for collecting, analyzing and distributing data for near real-time intelligence, enabling the company to provide a comprehensive understanding of evolving threats across the electromagnetic spectrum. CJADC2 is the U.S. Department of Defense’s approach to data integration across all branches of the military to deliver decision advantage to commanders.
