General Atlantic to Acquire Morphe Holdings

Paul, Weiss is representing General Atlantic in its acquisition of a majority stake in global beauty company Morphe Holdings. General Atlantic will be joining existing investor Summit Partners and co-founders Chris and Linda Tawil. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
