Sagewind Capital Portfolio Company Acquires Veraxx Engineering

Paul, Weiss advised Sagewind Capital LLC and its portfolio company By Light Professional IT Services LLC, a systems integrator providing IT, leading edge training and simulation platforms and cyberspace operations to federal and commercial clients, in By Light’s acquisition of Veraxx Engineering Corporation. Headquartered in Virginia, Veraxx is a leading provider of immersive, high-fidelity flight simulation training technologies primarily for the U.S. Department of Defense. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
