Driven Brands Acquires International Car Wash Group

Paul, Weiss advised Driven Brands, the parent company of North America’s leading automotive service brands and a portfolio company of Roark Capital Group, in its acquisition of International Car Wash Group, the global leader in the car wash industry. The transaction makes Driven Brands the largest automotive aftermarket services company by location count in North America, with approximately $3.8 billion in annual system-wide sales. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
