Wellspring Sells Cleaver-Brooks to Harbour Group

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management announced that it has sold its portfolio company Cleaver-Brooks, Inc., a leading provider of boiler room solutions, to Harbour Group Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
