William Morris Endeavor and Silver Lake Enter Strategic Partnership
Paul, Weiss client William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (WME), one of the world's leading entertainment and media agencies, announced yesterday its definitive agreement to partner with private equity firm Silver Lake. Silver Lake, a global leader in technology investing, will acquire a minority stake in WME.
