Paul, Weiss is advising Oak Hill Capital in its agreement to invest in and partner with U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM). Headquartered in Irving, Texas, USOSM is a market leader in oral surgery management, partnering with over 140 oral surgeons across 18 states. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
