Oak Hill to Acquire Trinity Consultants

Paul, Weiss is advising Oak Hill Capital in its acquisition, in partnership with Trinity Consultants, Inc. management and employees, of Trinity Consultants from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. As part of the deal, Trinity’s management team and the broader employee base will retain a significant ownership position in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dallas-based Trinity is a leading EHS, engineering and science consulting firm providing regulatory-driven technical consulting services in various industrial and healthcare end markets globally.
