Trivest Partners Portfolio Company Merges to Create Pave America

Paul, Weiss advised Trivest Partners, a leading private equity source for founder and family-owned businesses, in the combination of its portfolio company, Brothers National, LLC, with Pavement Partners Holding, LLC to create a new company, Pave America LLC. Pave America is a leading nationwide provider of asphalt and concrete solutions including maintenance, repair, milling, striping and sealcoating services to commercial, municipal and industrial customers, among others.
Trivest Partners and Shoreline Equity Partners, Pave America’s primary investors, will maintain dual control in Pave America going forward; Lincoln Road Global Management will retain minority equity ownership. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
