General Atlantic and BeyondNetZero Invest in o9 Solutions

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic and its climate solutions investing venture, BeyondNetZero, in their investment in o9 Solutions, a leading enterprise AI software platform provider for transforming planning and decision-making speed and quality. General Atlantic’s BeyondNetZero was joined by Generation Investment Management and existing investor KKR in an equity investment totaling $295 million, valuing o9 at $2.7 billion.
