Wellspring Capital Acquires Rohrer Corporation

Paul, Weiss advised Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of Rohrer Corporation, a leading retail packaging designer and manufacturer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
