Amazon to Acquire One Medical in $3.9 Billion Deal

Paul, Weiss is representing Amazon in its all-cash $3.9 billion acquisition of One Medical, a technology-powered primary care organization with a mission to make quality health care more affordable and accessible through a seamless combination of in-person, digital and virtual services. Under the terms of the deal, Amazon will acquire One Medical for $18 per share. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
