Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Co., LLC announced that it has agreed to sell its portfolio company Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC to an affiliate of GI Partners, pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the fourth quarter. Kellermeyer Bergensons Services is a leading provider of contract cleaning services for office buildings, malls and chain retail stores throughout the United States.
