Christopher Dickson is a counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group. Chris represents public and private borrowers and issuers, as well as credit fund and direct lending investors, in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including secured borrowings, investment grade transactions, high-yield debt issuances, bridge and mezzanine financings, debt restructurings, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings. He also has experience with structured finance transactions, preferred stock investments and corporate governance matters.
