Infineon to Sell Wireless Solutions Business to Intel Corporation
As reported by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times and The Deal, among other publications, Paul, Weiss client Infineon Technologies AG, Europe's second-biggest semiconductor maker, is selling its Wireless Solutions business to Intel Corporation, the world's largest chipmaker, in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.4 billion.
