Kohlberg & Co. to Acquire Worldwide Clinical Trials

Paul, Weiss is advising an affiliate of Kohlberg & Company, LLC in its acquisition of Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global full-service contract research organization and affiliate of TJC, L.P. The transaction, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
