Mercer Advisors to Add Altas Partners as Strategic Investor

Paul, Weiss is advising Mercer Advisors on the expansion of its ownership group to include new strategic investor Altas Partners. Mercer Advisors is a leading national fiduciary wealth management firm that serves families ranging from mass affluent to ultra-high-net-worth, as well as a spectrum of institutional clients, including companies, endowments and foundations. Altas will join Mercer’s current strategic investors, Genstar Capital and Oak Hill Capital, and more than 300 Mercer employees who own equity in the company. The transaction is expected to close by the third quarter of 2023.
