Mortgage Assets Management to Acquire Stock and Assets of Reverse Mortgage Solutions

Paul, Weiss advised Mortgage Assets Management, LLC and its affiliate in a stalking-horse purchase agreement to acquire the stock and assets of Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Ditech Holding Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, Mortgage Assets Management will serve as a proposed stalking-horse bidder in a court-supervised auction and sale process.
