Paul, Weiss advised Brighton Park Capital in its $200 million acquisition, alongside The Carlyle Group, of a minority stake in Indegene, a Bangalore-headquartered enterprise healthtech solutions provider. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
